Bubblys is known for its service, relaxed atmosphere and bubble milk tea. Thao the owner was born in Thailand but was a child when he and his family moved to Minnesota and later to North Carolina. His passion for this industy keeps his guests coming back for more. Since re-opening under his ownership in Aug of 2020 he has continued to push our amazing quality fusion.
