2. I advanced an order for a specific time example 11:45am. Will that mean its here exactly at that time?
We try to meet or beat any advance order placed. We can not account for backed up resturants or traffic or other orders we may be currently working on
3. I paid by credit card, why do I see an extra charge in my bank account for one order?
Your credit card is charge 10% more than your order as a "pending" transaction. This allows us to add any customer-requested items or tip to the original transaction/order. Once the order is finalized, the payment will be captured for the exact amount.
4. Should I tip my driver?
Your driver works for delivery fees and your gratitude. They make every effort to earn your consideration through professionalism in appearance and demeanor, attention to detail while facilitating your delivery and transporting your food with care. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
5. How far do you deliver?
We deliver up to 25 miles from any restauranton on our site in the Hickory and surrounding areas. Try your zip code in the address bar.
6. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Food items on the website are displayed showing Cash Prices.
7. How do I find out the delivery fee to my address?
From the main page of the website, enter your zip code, and complete address. Then as you select an item from a restaurant menu, the delivery fee will be calculated for that restaurant to your address. The delivery fee will vary based on your address and the restaurant that you choose.
Fee Break Down
- Delivery fee is $5 up to 5 miles. Drivers recieve the full flat rate plus tip. After 5 miles delivery goes to $1.20 a mile. Drivers recieve 90% of the delivery fee plus full tips.
Please make us aware of any food related allergies that could cause you to become ill before placing your order.
Please make sure to have a Correct phone number when making an account. If we can not reach you for whatever reason regarding your account, your order will not be placed. This is to ensure that your order is accurate. We like to work smarter, not harder.
Please note when placing large cash orders that our drivers normally don't carry more than $20 on them so PLEASE make sure to have change. Thank you!
